Radisys Incorporated Conferencing Solution Implemented by G-NET
Radisys SIPware, an incorporated conferencing offering from Radisys Corporation, has been implemented by G-NET (News - Alert) Integrated Services Co. Ltd. G-NET can now present the latest ground-breaking association capabilities to the budding Chinese conferencing market by leveraging the finances, flexibility and sophisticated features of the Radisys solution.
In a statement, Amit Agarwal, VP and GM, Software and Solutions at Radisys said, "Radisys is honored to have been deployed by G-NET for its ongoing conferencing service expansion plans into the emerging Asian conferencing market. Radisys is a leading supplier of VoIP audio conferencing solutions to many of the world's leading CSPs that have deployed and networked together our products around the globe to service their international conferencing customers, including Asia. This G-NET deployment marks the strategic expansion of Radisys conferencing solutions with a CSP (News - Alert) headquartered in, and focused on, building and growing the conferencing market in China. By coupling Radisys software and hardware into an integrated platform, G-NET has selected a compelling, IP-based architecture that provides the scalability, reliability, features and cost-efficiencies needed to compete and thrive in both existing and emerging conferencing markets."
Similar to several major CSPs, the requirement for worldwide conferencing services needs to be balanced by G-NET with the rising competition. G-NET can offer ground-breaking service offerings to customers by merging Radisys SIPware and media servers into a single VoIP association platform. Customers will be offered best-in-class conferencing services at decreased operating expenses by utilizing the lucrative architecture offered by G-NET solutions.
Radisys Voice Quality Enhancement, or VQE capabilities, is also available with the G-NET implementation. G-NET will now be able to provide its customers a differentiated, first-rate end-user conferencing experience through the Radisys SIPware solution with incorporated VQE.
Chen Xue Jun, CEO of G-NET said, "G-NET selected a Radisys conferencing solution as it offered an overall improved total cost of ownership, innovative and award-winning conferencing features and enhanced deployment flexibility. As the adoption of conferencing services in Asia is still very much in its infancy, G-NET sees immense opportunity in being an early innovator of collaboration tools. This Radisys solution enables us to present the best possible conferencing service offerings to our customers."
